Beef Stroganoff

INGREDIENTS

  • Can of Cream of Mushroom soup
  • 1 Teaspoon of Crushed Garlic
  • 750g Beef Strips
  • 150ml Cream
  • Your choice of either pasta or steamed rice to serve

OVEN METHOD

Preheat oen to 170 degrees. Spray a casserol dish with a little cooking spray. Add all of the ingredients into the dish and mix. Cover with either a lid or foil and place in oven to cook for 1 hour.

MICROWAVE METHOD

Do the same as above (please don’t attempt to use the foil though).

Microwave on high for 5mins, stir, cook on Med/High for 20mins stirring occasionally.

Depending on your microwave you may need to cook for a little longer until the meat is tender.

Notes:

  • If the stroganoff starts to dry out you can add a litte more cream
  • If desired, you can add some more sliced mushrooms.
  • Serve on either a bed of steamed rice or your favourite pasta.
