Slow Cooked Beef Spare Ribs
These ribs are delicious and because they are slow cooked, just melt in your mouth!
Preheat the oven to 140°C. In the meantime, place a little flour in an oven bag to coat, shake out excess.
Arrange ribs in the bag in a single layer on an oven tray and place in the oven.
Bake for 1.5 hours then turn oven off and leave in the oven for another 15 mintues.
Remove and serve.
We like to marinate these ribs in a smoky bbq or red wine and garlic marinade.
